Pacioccone artisan panettone with figs, walnuts and chocolate

Pacioccone is a panettone that tastes great and caratterizes the impasto morbido ideally accompagnato with a good liquor. The recipe for a complete panettone is artisanal, lavorato a mano, lievitato naturalmente and in a conservative manner.

For the realization of this product not used by us, there is no conservation and no color, the only matter is of the highest quality: Farina type 0, lievito madre, Olio Evo or Burro, uova fresche, etc. Insomma una vera delizia per il palato.

Pacioccone, panettone farcito with fichi “dottati” from the Alto Tirreno Cosentino, noci, miele from the Apicoltura Oxalis, arancia candita e cioccolato white.
