Our Artisan Pistachio Panettone was born from the desire to reinterpret tradition with a touch of delicious originality.
A soft dough, made with a few selected natural ingredients, sourdough and a very long natural leavening, contains a creamy and enveloping heart of artisanal pistachio cream.
The real novelty is its covering: a delicious 70% dark chocolate icing, enriched with generous chopped pistachios. The intensity and slightly bitter notes of dark chocolate meet the sweetness and unmistakable aroma of pistachio, creating a surprising contrast and a unique balance of flavour.
