Porcini mushroom pate in Calabrese olive oil gr 190

Porcini mushroom pate is a very simple recipe made with porcini mushrooms reduced to a cream, perfect for creating delicious croutons or as a sauce for pasta.

Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), olive oil, salt, vinegar, garlic and parsley.

Store in a cool and dry place away from heat sources. Once opened, cover with oil and store in the refrigerator at +3°C for a maximum of 10 days
