Patè of Calabrian aubergines in oil 190 gr

Super versatile eggplant cream: excellent to use as an appetizer, as an accompaniment to meat-based dishes, sandwiches or simply to be enjoyed with toasted bread.

Ingredients: Aubergines 80%, sunflower oil, salt, vinegar, sweet peppers, parsley, oregano, hot pepper.

Store in a cool and dry place away from heat sources. Once opened, cover with oil and store in the refrigerator at +3°C for a maximum of 10 days
