The Calabrian bruschetta is a delicious appetizer prepared with selected raw materials, processed by hand and chopped with a knife. In this exclusive recipe called "spicy for gourmands" we have added porcini mushrooms together with aubergines, green and sun-dried tomatoes and spices. The hot pepper is not to be missed, but it is not excessive so as to be appreciated even by those who do not eat spicy.
Obviously our preparation which is not a cream can be used for bruschetta but it is also excellent as a condiment for first and second courses.
