Calabrian grilled aubergines in oil
In the homemade Calabrian appetizer, the aubergine fillets in oil cannot be missing, which are usually accompanied by spicy sausage, capicollo, soppressata and pecorino cheese. Aubergines in oil are one of the best and most used preserves in Calabria, often self-produced at home by aunts and grandmothers.
Our aubergines are processed by hand in compliance with the recipes used in Calabria precisely for the self-production of this preserve. In fact, in our aubergines we include oregano, parsley and the inevitable non-spicy chilli pepper. We only use selected and high quality raw materials but above all we do not use any type of preservative, dye, or other ingredient that is not natural.
