Bruschetta with olives and strips of anchovies in olive oil 180 g
We wanted to enrich and flavor the traditional olive bruschetta by putting the anchovies in strips. The result is a delicate cream but with a strong taste thanks to the presence of anchovies. Ideal as a bruschetta but also as a condiment for first and second courses.
Ingredients: olives 58%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, anchovies 4.8%, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), oregano, salt, garlic (contains sulphites).
ATTENTION: The olives are pitted by hand so there may be parts of the stone.

Once opened, cover with oil and keep in the fridge.
