Italian tomato pulp with calabrian nduja gr 350
Nduja is certainly the best known and most appreciated Calabrian salami in the world. Hence the idea of creating the Italian tomato sauce with nduja. Ideal to serve with any type of pasta.
To make it we use only Italian tomatoes, fresh and hand-processed according to the Calabrian tradition with the addition of Calabrian Nduja as per the Calabrian recipe.
The choice of the so-called "beer" bottle is linked to the Calabrian tradition which envisaged and still provides for the use of beer bottles as they are made with a harder glass that is well suited to the needs of families. The format is ideal for dressing pasta for 4 people.
Ingredients: ITALIAN tomato pulp 90%, nduja (pork fat, pork, hot pepper, salt) 7%, olive oil, red onion (contains sulphites), salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3-4 days.
