Black Calabrian pork sausage from aspromonte
The black pig sausage is a very high quality product obtained from the artisanal processing of only black pig meat stuffed into natural casing and lightly smoked. The artisan cured meat factory still carries out an artisanal process where fresh slaughtered meats are processed by hand.
In the salami factory they produce cured meats according to the ancient traditions and experience of the territory and family skills that take care of the details of the raw materials, especially the meats and canned peppers of Nicastrese species.
The black pig stands out from the others for its rustic nature, which leads it to not be able to do without freedom in the wild, or at most semi-wild. This propensity to graze favors a high quality and leaner meat, thanks to the presence of a greater number of unsaturated fats than saturated ones. Furthermore, the geographical isolation of these territories meant that it did not come into contact with other races: in this way it kept its primordial instinct and its genetic heritage unaltered.

The product is available only at the cured meat factory which, due to limited quantities, does not allow the storage of the goods and all orders arriving from Monday to Friday are processed the following Monday. If other products are ordered together with this product, a single shipment will be made and the packaging times are proportionate to the times indicated above.
