Nduja is one of the most famous, if not the most famous, among typical Calabrian food products. Nduja (attention: nduja, not nduia!) is a soft, spreadable, very spicy salami.

Nduja is made with pork, a little fat, and a lot of hot chili peppers. And it is precisely because of the abundant chilli pepper that nduja is very spicy. It is no coincidence that some might prefer a "light" version.

In this exclusive variant, Oro delle Muse has created the traditional nduja with mainly bacon meat. The parts used are much more valuable than the meat usually used to make this product. The color is significantly darker than the traditional 'nduja. The mix of predominantly bacon meats make the product firmer and less soft, so much so that it can be cut almost like a cured meat.
