Ready sauce aglione in olive oil Gr 330

Sugo all'aglione is a typical ragù of the Amiata and Tuscan tradition, based on garlic from the Val di Chiana, tomato and chilli pepper. A simple sauce with a strong character at the same time, perfect with pici, but which can also accompany short pasta or croutons.

Heat gently for 5 minutes and use to season pasta.

INGREDIENTS Tomato pulp (96% Italian origin), olive oil, 1% garlic, salt, hot pepper. Acidity regulator: citric acid E330.

ALLERGENS (ref. Legislative Decree 114/2006 and subsequent amendments) Contains allergens (garlic). May contain traces of gluten, fish, milk, nuts, celery, peanuts, sesame, soy, mustard.

STORAGE METHODS Keep in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Once opened, keep refrigerated at 0°/+4°C and consume within 5 days.
