Calabrian bocconotti are crumbly sweets prepared with shortcrust pastry and traditionally stuffed with grape mustard, but in modern versions also with other jams or creams.

Ingredients: Type "00" soft wheat flour, partially hydrogenated refined vegetable fats: margarine, sugar, whole eggs, soy lecithin, milk powder, baking powder (sodium disphosphate, ammonium bicarbonate), potassium sorbate, flavorings. Filling: 20% grape jam: grape pulp, sugar, thickeners: pectin and sodium alginate, color: caramel, acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate and calcium citrate.
