An excellent after-dinner drink. Limunì, the Limoncello of the South, is made from an alcoholic infusion of untreated lemon peels, ripened under the warm Calabrian sun. The lemons, sourced from farms located near the Caffo Distillery, are processed the same day they are harvested. To make the Limunì infusion, only the most aromatic part of the fruit is used: the yellow part of the peel (epicarp), infused in neutral alcohol.
