Alongside Amaro Silano and Amaro del Capo, we find Amaro Kaciuto, a Calabrian digestive bitter, made in Bova Marina in the province of Reggio Calabria, a small town on the Ionian coast. The recipe is a blend of herbal infusions, bay leaves, licorice, and wild fennel seeds.
