Our extra virgin olive oil is produced in Belvedere di Spinello, in the heart of Calabria, among the olive groves of Terra Giordana, a place rich in history and tradition.

It is from this terroir that our blend comes to life: a careful selection of different cultivars, cold-pressed to best preserve the fruit's characteristics. The result is a superior organic extra virgin olive oil, an authentic expression of our land. On the palate, it stands out for its balance and structure, with a clean, distinct fruitiness accompanied by elegant vegetal and herbaceous notes.

The bitterness and spiciness blend harmoniously, offering a pleasant persistence and complexity that make it ideal for both everyday use and to enhance more refined dishes. An oil that embodies tradition, quality, and identity, designed to best express the essence of Terra Giordana. Carolea: This is a highly prized cultivar, appreciated both for the production of low-acid extra virgin olive oil and as a table olive. It is particularly widespread in Southern Italy and is best expressed in Calabria and Sicily. This variety stands out for its unique and recognizable aromatic profile, resulting in a high-quality oil. The resulting extra virgin olive oil is intensely fruity, with elegant hints of green apple, almond, and artichoke. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious, with a pleasant bitter note accompanied by a slightly spicy aftertaste, typical characteristics of a rich and authentic oil. Coratina: This cultivar is typical of Southern Italy, particularly Puglia, renowned for producing extra virgin olive oils of great character and structure. The resulting oil is intensely fruity, with distinct notes of fresh grass, artichoke, and almond. It is rich and complex, with a pronounced bitterness and a lingering spiciness, due to the high content of polyphenols.

Its color is a deep green with golden highlights, a symbol of its strength and authenticity. Leccino: One of the most widespread cultivars in Italy, prized for its elegance and versatility. The resulting oil is characterized by a medium-light fruitiness, with delicate notes of almond, fresh grass, and light floral nuances. As the second course passes, light citrus notes of lightly toasted orange peel unfold.
