Eggplant, fennel, peppers, garlic, vinegar, salt, and extra virgin olive oil. These are the ingredients of Mazzuca's sliced ​​eggplants. Only the finest, exclusively Italian eggplants are sliced ​​by hand, following a recipe handed down since 1936. Tasting these eggplants means reliving the flavor of the eggplants preserved in oil our grandmothers used to prepare, with the scent of wild fennel.

The process is entirely artisanal, and no chemicals, preservatives, or colorings are used.
