In the Calabrian homemade appetizer you cannot miss the aubergine fillets in oil that usually are accompanied with spicy sausage, capicollo, soppressata and pecorino cheese. Fillets of aubergines in oil are just one of the best and most used preserves in Calabria, often self-produced at home by aunts and grandmothers.

Our fillet aubergines are processed by hand in compliance with the recipes used in Calabria precisely for the self-production of this preserve. In fact, in our aubergines we include mint and the inevitable non-spicy chili pepper. We only use selected raw materials of the highest quality but above all we do not use any type of preservative, dye, or other ingredient that is not natural. To this we combine extra virgin olive oil and locally produced wine vinegar.

Ingredients: Aubergine fillets, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), salt, mint, garlic (contains sulphites) and chilli.


Once opened, cover with oil and keep in the fridge.
