Calabrian Homemade Aubergines fillet
In the homemade Calabrian appetizer, sliced aubergines in oil cannot be missing, which are usually accompanied by spicy sausage, capicollo, soppressata and pecorino cheese. Fillets of aubergines in oil are one of the best and most used preserves in Calabria, often self-produced at home by aunts and grandmothers. Our sliced aubergines are processed by hand in compliance with the recipes used in Calabria precisely for the self-production of this preserve.
In our aubergines, in fact, we include l0rigano, parsley and the inevitable non-spicy chilli pepper. We only use selected and high quality raw materials but above all we do not use any type of preservative, coloring or other ingredient that is not natural.
Ingredients: Aubergines 67%, sunflower seed oil, salt, vinegar, oregano, parsley, garlic, spicy chilli pepper.
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Once opened, cover with oil and store in the refrigerator at +3°C for a maximum of 10 days
