Anchovies represent the flagship product among fish preserves as they are fished directly in our seas and still processed according to the local seafaring tradition. In particular, the company follows a completely artisanal processing method also for conservation, in fact no preservatives are used.

Ingredients: ANCHOVIES (Engraulis encrasicolus) 60%, sunflower seed oil, spicy ground chili pepper, salt.
