Chopped Calabrian peppers in oil

It is the backbone of Calabrian cuisine and has incredible beneficial properties but above all it is ideal for seasoning hot and cold dishes, canapés and/or aperitifs. Accompany them with our cured meats and cheeses and with other seafood specialties to capture the true flavor of Calabria and accompany them with an excellent red wine and full-bodied hard bread.

The chopped chillies are made only using local chillies and sunflower oil without preservatives and colourings.

Spicy chilli flakes, sunflower oil, salt, vinegar. Without added preservatives.

Natural product, once opened cover with oil and keep in the fridge. Consume within 2 months.
