Delicious taralli prepared with soft wheat flour and olive oil. Fennel seeds are added to the mixture to give it aroma and taste. The handmade taralli tied one by one are first blanched in hot water and then baked, hence the name scaldati. In this version the taralli meet the taste of 'nduja, the most famous salami of Calabria. A mix of flavors that pair well with meat appetizers, cured meats and cheeses of the Calabrian tradition.
