Obtained from white Malvasia grapes grown in our Strongoli vineyards with north-east exposure. The wine is refermented in an autoclave for about three months reaching a pressure of about 4.0 atm with a residual sugar of 12 gr / liter. It has a straw yellow color and a scent of warm bread crust. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with white meats, blue fish and shellfish.
