Librandi Cirò white (Gaglioppo)
TASTING NOTES: View: The view is characterized by a pale red color. Nose: The nose is intense, fresh with aromas of red fruits and spices that complement the nuances of blueberries, berries and plums. Mouth: In the mouth this classic red wine is perceived on the palate, the ripe tannins and firm body make it an incredibly rich but tolerant red wine. DENOMINATION: Calabria (Italy).

AGING: The refinement of this single variety Gaglioppo grape takes place in thermo-conditioned stainless steel, with soft pressing of the grapes and short maceration. In stainless steel, with further refinement in the bottle for a few months before release.
VINIFICATION: The Librandi winery founded in 1950 is located in Cirò Marina, a small town in Calabria, the harvest of these grapes is done manually, they are aged in stainless steel barrels.
PAIRING: Ideal to accompany appetizers, grilled or roasted red meats, cured meats and aged cheeses.
