INGREDIENTS: Tropea red onion PGI (80%), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, wine vinegar, sweet pepper, rosemary.

PASTEURIZED PRODUCT. STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat. Once opened, refill with oil, refrigerate, and consume within 30 days.
