Mazzuca's pickled cauliflowers are the ideal side dish for meat main courses, salads, or even a full meal. Since 1936, Antica Salumeria Mazzuca has selected the finest local cauliflowers and processed them exclusively by hand, preserving them in vinegar, water, spices, and a handful of other completely natural ingredients. All our products are free from preservatives, colorings, and any unnatural ingredients.

This allows us to offer the highest quality products that will bring back the aroma and flavor of the past, when these preserves were made at home.
