On the nose, it opens with a fine and penetrating bouquet, which expresses notes of fresh citrus fruits, such as lemon, citron and grapefruit, accompanied by white floral nuances (acacia, orange blossom) and a delicate minerality, a clear expression of the Calabrian soil, rich in marl, clay and ancient sands.
