Our Albiciocco stands out for its soft dough that embraces candied apricots and artisanal white chocolate in a unique and intense flavor. For our doves we only use excellent raw materials that we work exclusively by hand and finish with a natural leavening. No preservatives and no colorants.

To make this product we do not use PRESERVATIVES OR COLORANTS but only raw materials of the highest quality: Type 0 flour, mother yeast, extra virgin olive oil or butter, fresh eggs, etc. In short, a real delight for the palate.
