Eggplant rolls stuffed with Calabrian nduja in extra virgin olive oil I Golosi

Our aubergines are processed and cut into slices and stuffed with a generous filling of Calabrian nduja. It is a side dish with a full, firm and compact flavour, also ideal as a single appetizer or side dish. Excellent as appetizers together with cured meats and cheeses. Excellent to pair with stuffed chili peppers and stuffed olives.
