Natural tuna "Callipo" Riserva Oro Gr. 150

To produce the fillets, the Callipo company chooses tuna of the highest quality and processed entirely in Italy, in the Maierato (VV) plant, in all its phases, following the tradition that is centuries old in our Calabria. The preparation takes place by steaming the tuna, then the best fillets are chosen one by one and put into jars by hand, following strict hygiene and food safety standards. Then they are matured for a long time to guarantee the intense and inimitable flavour.
