Bergamot jam is a one-of-a-kind jam capable of making breakfast or snack truly special.

For our jam we use only and exclusively Calabrese bergamot. This fruit, consisting of 80% water, citric acid, sugars and vitamin C, is a citrus fruit rich in protein, dietary fiber and mineral salts (sodium, potassium and magnesium). Bergamot is considered a natural antioxidant among which the flavonoids that can slow down the aging of cells and fight free radicals stand out. Hence a bergamot jam with a surprising taste and a thousand properties. This jam goes well with fresh cheeses and spreadable cheeses and also with sheep ricotta. It is also excellent for fillings and fillings for pies, biscuits and baked desserts. Delicious if used in the preparation of the exquisite Calabrian bocconotti.
