La Spina Santa is a company located in Bova Marina that began the production of liqueurs in 1996 and in 2009 produced the first carbonated bergamot to be consumed as an aperitif or digestive.

The drink we offer is a special juice that is characterized by 100% pure bergamot juice. In the pack (bottles of 18 cl) found the juice of 4 bergamots.

The juice is sugar-free and must be diluted in water before consumption. we recommend a part of water and a juice then everything can vary according to taste. All the goodness of bergamot and its properties always available at any time of the year, even when the fruit is not there.
