A wine obtained through the vinification of Greco Bianco, an ancient native grape grown near the Ionian coast. A tribute to our wonderful sea of Cirò.
Grapes variety: Greco Bianco. Alcohol: 13% by Vol. Vintage: 2018.
Production technique: it comes from the blend of grapes harvested in 2 different steps, in order to enhance the freshness and the aroma by the first harvest, structure by the second one. It's aged for 4 months in steel tanks.
Characteristics: crystalline, it comprises an intense, persistent aroma of ripe tropical fruit, pear, peach and white flowers. The taste is fresh and Mediterranean with a pleasantly saline finish.
Suggestions: excellent with raw fish, pasta, grilled fish and white meats. Ideal serving temperature: 12° C (54° F)
