Le scamorza est un fromage à effilocher typique de la région Campanie, produit dans presque tout le sud et dans certaines régions du centre de l'Italie. L'origine de ce fromage est, comme cela arrive souvent, floue : on raconte que lors de la préparation du Provola, qui ressemble en réalité au Scamorza, une meule s'est détériorée ; pour y remédier, le fabricant a essayé de le traiter avec de l'eau à une température plus élevée que d'habitude, et c'est ainsi qu'est né Scamorza.

Fromage blanc étiré. Ingrédients : Lait de vache, sel, présure, ferments lactiques et arôme de fumée. Sans conservateurs ni colorants. Goût sucré

Format : Environ 400 g. Produit soumis à une perte de poids naturelle. Expédié dans un sachet fraîcheur et du gel glacé Flexigel, idéal pour la conservation des aliments.
