The Frollotto, is the 2.0 version of Bocconotto di Mormanno, which is currently on the PAT list of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Forestry and Tourism.
Ingredients: "0" flour, lard, margarine, sugar, vanillin, ammonia for sweets, antimicrobial (malted cereal flour), eggs, egg yolk, invert sugar, lemon essence, dark chocolate flakes. Filling: gianduia cream (hazelnuts and other nuts, milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin). The highlighted ingredients contain substances that can cause intolerances and / or allergies.
