'Nduja of Calabrian black pork
The Calabrian black pig 'nduja is a typical Calabrian sausage made with finely minced black Calabrian pig meat. With a strong and spicy flavour, it is excellent spread on a slice of hot bread. Unique and unmistakable flavor and texture given by the absolute quality meat of the Black Pig of Calabria.
The Ferrari farm in Altilia (Cs) produces sausages obtained from black pigs coming exclusively from its own farm.
The nutritional properties of pork make it possible to obtain products of excellent quality, with a high content of proteins, vitamins, mineral salts and essential fatty acids (source INRAN).
Cut: Fatty meat from Calabrian Black Pig.
Processing: finely chopped, mixed with chilli and salt and lightly smoked.
Seasoning: 60 to 90 days.
Weight: pack of 400 g at the origin. Product subject to natural weight loss of +- 15%. Weight of casing between 365 gr and 490 gr.
