Our soppressata is produced, as tradition teaches, by cutting a selection of "noble parts" of hams, shoulders, bacon trimmings and tender fat with a knife tip. It is aged for 2 months.
Oro delle Muse produces the Salumi d'Aspromonte line in the heart of the Aspromonte in a family-run farm that raises, butchers and directly ages our cured meats. The pigs are also raised with self-produced feed, slaughtered directly on the farm and sausages following the Calabrian tradition. Even the seasoning takes place in a natural way for at least two months.
