The "Grayasusi - Silver Label" is an intense and fruit-rich Calabrian rosé wine made from Gaglioppo grapes, aged in barrique for 6 months. The nose releases juicy aromas of ripe cherries and red fruits in jam. On the palate it is soft, round and fruity, with a long persistence.

Organic wine

Coming from the hills of Strongolia 60 m above sea level. Az. Agr. certified organic since 1990 yield 35 quintals per hectare. Hand picked fermentation without using selected yeasts. Aging in oak barrels I and II passage for about 4 months, beaten for the entire aging period. A rosé of great structure, wide bouquet, the nose is bewitching, intense, fragrant and fruity.

Maceration with the skins: 1 day

Fermentation: natural vinification, double harvest with acid pH the first and the second with higher sugar levels. Fermentation in barrique for 4 months and batonage for the whole period. Night harvest by hand. A rosé of great structure, ample bouquet, the nose is bewitching, intense, fragrant, fruity and fresh.
