Ippolito I.G.T. rosé wine Pescanera - Limited Edition LT 1,5

From Greco Nero, a local grape from Calabria, played in rosé, an elegant, sensual, Mediterranean wine.

Grapes variety: Greco Nero. Alcohol: 13% by Vol.

Production technique: the grapes from the best vineyards on the coast, after manual harvesting, are softly pressed without any maceration. Characteristics: bright, refined, peach colour. Fruit that comes back to the nose, along with citrus notes, wild strawberries and white flowers.

In the mouth it is fresh, light, with a pleasant final minerality, typical of the vineyards on the sea. Suggestions: rosé of great conviviality, very good as an aperitif, to pair with fish crudites, simple first courses.

Excellent also with strawberries. Ideal serving temperature: 10°- 12° C.
