This year we want to exclusively present a real artisan panettone made only and exclusively with local products. Pasticceria Torchia is a historic company in the Calabrian territory that bases its roots on traditions and on the use of local raw materials. This product is its emblem as it contains the history of Torchia.
For the realization of this product NEITHER PRESERVATIVES AND DYES are used but only raw materials of the highest quality: type 0 flour, mother yeast, extra virgin olive oil or butter, fresh eggs, etc. In short, a real treat for the palate.
Filled with semi-candied apricots and white chocolate.
