To make it we use only Italian tomatoes, fresh and hand-processed according to the Calabrian tradition with the addition of fresh porcini mushrooms and parsley as per the Calabrian recipe.
The choice of the so-called "beer" bottle is linked to the Calabrian tradition which envisaged and still provides for the use of beer bottles as they are made with a harder glass that is well suited to the needs of families. The format is ideal for pasta sauce for 4 people.
Ingredients: ITALIAN tomato pulp 90%, olive oil, porcini mushrooms (boletas edulis) 4%, salt, garlic 0.1% (contains sulphites) citric acid.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3-4 days.
