Moss mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil
We choose compact and firm moss mushrooms and season them in extra virgin olive oil, of 100% Italian origin, GMO-free, gluten-free, without milk and derivatives, without allergens. Excellent as an appetizer or to accompany meat dishes but also with roasted fish. We recommend as an accompaniment an excellent red wine and full-bodied hard bread.
