Dried tomatoes in oil are the result of the drying process of freshly picked tomatoes produced in Calabria. The drying process of tomatoes is completely natural, it can take place in the open air. The dried tomato also has beneficial properties for the body, as well as being easily digestible, its peel is rich in important vitamins against skin aging. Our recipe derives from the self-production that still takes place in Calabria and which differs from the classic dried tomatoes because they are enriched with different spices such as bay leaf, mint and oregano.

All the processing of our dried tomatoes takes place with completely natural techniques that include harvesting, the first processing, drying and then the second processing and potting. We only use selected raw materials of the highest quality but above all we do not use any type of preservative, dye, or other ingredient that is not natural. To this we combine extra virgin olive oil and locally produced wine vinegar.

Ingredients: Dried tomatoes 85%, Extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil (in variable proportions), wine vinegar (contains sulphites), bay leaf, mint, garlic (contains sulphites), oregano and salt.


Once opened, cover with oil and keep in the fridge.
