Camelia is our white Charmat method, obtained from a blend of the indigenous aromatic grape variety of our land, Malvasia Bianca, with a must of international grape varieties, Chardonnay. The color is fresh and tends to greenish. The strength of Malvasia is immediately perceived on the nose, thanks to the marked fruity notes that immediately stand out. The large floral bouquet follows closely, giving a pleasant olfactory persistence. The long sigh is characterized by hints of freshly picked yellow fruit and echoes of cyclamen on a soft spring day. The drink is alluring and round, with a light and never invasive bubble. The taste is therefore balanced and lively, lively on the palate, with a pleasant and fragrant persistence. Grapes: Malvasia and Chardonnay.
