Scamorza ist ein für die Region Kampanien typischer Streichkäse, der in fast ganz Süditalien und einigen Regionen Mittelitaliens hergestellt wird. Die Herkunft dieses Käses ist, wie so oft, unklar: Es heißt, dass bei der Zubereitung von Provola, der eigentlich Scamorza ähnelt, ein Laib kaputt gegangen sei; Um Abhilfe zu schaffen, versuchte der Hersteller, es mit Wasser bei einer höheren Temperatur als üblich zu behandeln, und so war Scamorza geboren.
Gestreckter Quark. Zutaten: Kuhmilch, Salz, Lab, Milchsäurebakterien und Raucharoma. Ohne Konservierungsstoffe oder Farbstoffe. Schmeckt süß
Format: ca. 400 g. Produkt, das einem natürlichen Gewichtsverlust unterliegt. Wird in einem Frischhaltebeutel und mit Flexigel-Gel-Eis geliefert, ideal für die Lebensmittelkonservierung.
